Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate office activities and events to create a positive workplace environment
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurately manage records

Job Requirements
- High school diploma, certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
