Responsibilities

Administrative Intern

As our Administrative Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for employees and guests
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Assisting with special projects and events, such as company-wide workshops and seminars
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to support business decisions
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
  • Creating and editing documents, presentations, and other materials in various software applications
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and protocols, with the ability to implement new processes and procedures as needed
