Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Strategic Accounts Manager to oversee and grow key enterprise accounts, particularly in HR outsourcing, payroll services, and digital HR solutions. This role focuses on strengthening long-term client partnerships, driving recurring revenue, and ensuring successful delivery of workforce solutions across multiple clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Ownership
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients (corporate & MNC)
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Develop deep understanding of client workforce structure, hiring needs, and HR challenges
2. Revenue Growth (Core Focus)
- Drive upselling & cross-selling of services such as:
- Payroll outsourcing
- Recruitment / RPO services
- HR digital platforms / SaaS solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
3. Client Retention & Satisfaction
- Ensure high client retention through proactive engagement
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key clients
- Handle escalations related to payroll, staffing, or service delivery
4. Project & Service Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers, HR Ops, Payroll, and Tech teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of HR solutions
- Monitor service delivery performance and SLA compliance
5. Workforce Solutions Advisory
- Advise clients on:
- Workforce planning
- Compliance with Malaysian labour laws
- Cost optimization through outsourcing
- Position Ramssol as a strategic HR partner, not just a vendor
6. Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Track account performance, revenue pipeline, and forecasts
- Prepare reports for management on growth, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
- 4–7 years experience in Account Management / Business Development
- Strong exposure to:
- HR outsourcing / staffing / payroll services
- OR SaaS / HR tech solutions
- Proven experience handling key or strategic accounts
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background (Very Relevant to Ramssol)
- Experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
- Familiar with foreign worker management / large workforce accounts
- Exposure to multi-client / service-based environment
- Knowledge of Malaysia labour compliance & payroll processes
