Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency
- Contribute to project management tasks as required
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and maintain equipment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
