Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage the front desk operations ensuring an organized and efficient workflow
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly providing information about our services
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for practitioners
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other related duties
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certificates, diplomas, or a bachelor’s degree would be advantageous
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
