Key Duties and Responsibilities
• To carry our daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with owners and residents.
• Collate complaints and enquiries, maintaining the report/data related.
• Ensure accurate and organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
• Assist with administrative tasks for festive and event projects and initiatives to ensure project success.
• Assist in preparation works and documentation for AGM
• Perform general administration works which include update of database, effective filing and documentation system, prepare booking of facilities, etc.
Job Skills and Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least a University Diploma (or equivalent) in Property Management.
• Prefer with a minimum of 1 year working experience, non-experience is also welcome.
• Working experience in Property Management is an advantage
• Proficient in speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and teamwork.
