Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Admin and Operation Assistant, you will play a key role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Supporting the smooth running of the sewing center operations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Helping manage customer inquiries and maintaining a positive customer experience
- Contributing to various projects that enhance our services and community engagement
Job Requirements
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for individuals who:
- Have completed at least a high school diploma (certificate or higher preferred)
- Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
- Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills
- Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a fun and engaging workplace
