Job Summary

Responsible for winning, on-boarding, maintaining and expanding relations with customers within an assigned territory by designing and implementing strategies for our products and providing the required service level and technical support to ensure a satisfactory user experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers and asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, conducting demos or presentations to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email, phone, social media, etc.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory’s /market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value.
  • To comply with Company’s ISO 9001 requirements; Environmental, Safety & Health policy and Halal policy.
  • To perform any other related tasks as may be deemed suitable by superior or Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • Working experience with minimum 5 years industrial exposure or proven technical sales experience as a Sales Executive
  • Proven sales management skills and achievement
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
