Operation Junior Executive

Position: Operations Junior Executive (FULL-TIME POSITION)

Principal Accountabilities

• Accurately process orders from customers.
• To provide superb customer service and support.
• To resolve inquiries from customers promptly and smoothly in a professional service attitude.
• Attend to incoming call volume and attend to non-voice work such as emails and social media interaction from customers.
• Complete the daily operations from frontend, backend, and call center including follow-up on customer issues/ feedback and redirecting queries to another department (if any) for speedy resolution.
• Good understanding of company operations, policies and procedures, and online systems. Ensure that work is maintained and aligned to the company’s guidelines.
• Maintains and accurately updates customer’s feedback, issues, and resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a good relationship with the customer and able to take ownership & proactively help with customer needs
• Accurately and diligently process all incoming related documents.
• Ensure all other related duties as directed by the superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Proactive attitude, disciplined, organized, pay attention to details, and able to multi-task
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested/required.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proactive feedback to superiors from time to time on the operations or system challenge.
• To perform other job assignments that may be required by the company from time to time.
