Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior nurses
• Assist in the implementation of care plans and treatments
• Perform routine nursing tasks, such as monitoring patient vital signs and administering medications
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Communicate with patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing necessary support

Job Requirements

• Possess a diploma in Nursing or related field
• Have 1-2 year(s) of work experience in nursing
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational abilities
• Passionate about contributing to the well-being and recovery of patients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within MINKA’s supportive nursing community
• Eligible for registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM)
