Job Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent from various channels to meet the company’s staffing needs
- Conduct effective screening and shortlisting processes to identify the most suitable candidates
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to build a talent pipeline
- Collaborate with the management team to create job descriptions and requirements
- Manage the recruitment process from commencement to completion, including initial consultations and follow-up interviews
- Utilize data management skills to track and analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including filing, documentation, and office coordination
- Develop and implement time-saving processes and procedures to optimize office efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and attendance
- Develop problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and improve office operations
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or Certificate in Human Resources or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting
- Strong problem-solving and record-keeping skills
- Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
