Job Description
- Responsible to ensure user system and operation are established, implemented and maintained accodingly and to standard requirement.
- To troubleshoot and rectify all office or customized software/hardware application issues reported
- To investigate and bug and prepare report to superior.
- On site support and troubleshooting
- Analyze any IT issues and implement improvements
- To troubleshoot and rectify any computer, printer, server, network, router or IT hardware issues reported
- Responsible for the daily operation of all IT assets
- Communicate with other departments to resolve all IT issues in a timely manner
- Good and positive work attitude, willing to share / learn and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Provide internal training to users to improve their IT skills and knowledge.
- All other duties as assign by the manager and project management
