Job Responsibilities
- Supervise HR functions related to manufacturing and production planning
- Handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act
- Manage the onboarding process for foreign workers and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and scheduling needs
- Maintain employee records and manage HRIS for accurate reporting
- Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews
- Stay updated on labor law changes to ensure company practices are compliant
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and handling foreign workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
