French Patisserie looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to grow with us!

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Xiaohongshu.
• Film and edit Reels, Stories and product videos.
• Design marketing materials, posters and promotional visuals.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Reply to customer enquiries on social media.
• Work closely with the kitchen and outlet team to capture behind-the-scenes content.
• Assist with branding, packaging and new product launches.
• Support front counter operations when required and help ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Creative thinker
• Enjoys filming and editing content
• Good communication skills
• Can use Canva and CapCut (Adobe skills are a bonus)
• Organised and responsible
• Passionate about F&B, cafés or lifestyle brands
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
