RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone, WhatsApp or e-mailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, quotation, pricing and viewing options.
• Managing an established customer base; renewal records with update into database.
• Handle small to large size opportunities and maintain relationship with customers/partners.
• Working closely with Channel Sales / PM to establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensure high quality customer service to all external customers.
• Undertake any duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year working experience preferred but fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply
• Understand and replicate complex customer environment
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, independent worker with good attitude
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to uphold confidentiality

SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS
Salary Range
RM1800 + commissions
.
