Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Source and procure quality building materials, equipment, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner from international and domestic markets.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and agreements.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends.
  4. Evaluate and compare supplier proposals and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  5. Collaborate with project teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
  6. Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and negotiations.
  8. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering materials as necessary to prevent supply shortages.
  9. Calculating and reviewing invoices for accuracy and ensuring that payments are made on time.
  10. Preparing reports on material inventories and costs for internal use by company management.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
