Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HRM, including talent sourcing, recruitment, training & development, payroll administration, employee safety & health, and factory administrative support.
- Post job advertisements, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and manage the employee onboarding process.
- Collaborate with line manager on planning of employee training and development program.
- Organize employee engagement activities, such as festive celebrations and monthly birthday celebrations.
- Prepare and submit HR report to Corporate Talent Management before 10th of every month.
- Ensure execution and enforcement of employee policy and uphold disciplinary procedures.
- Regularly review and update approved HR policy manual, welfare & benefits, and other HR documentation.
- Handle staff grievances and discipline issues, including counseling and resolving conflicts between staff and departments.
- Work with line manager on employee performance appraisal, including distribution of appraisal form and compilation of appraisal summary.
- Responsible for all activities for security guard and cleaner.
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
