Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Administering HR policies, procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, background checks and contract preparation
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation, including payroll, leave, benefits and performance management
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as compensation, benefits and workplace policies
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive company culture
  • Supporting the HR team in the implementation of strategic HR projects and initiatives
