Job Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating events
  • Handle correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
  • Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects
  • Support billing and invoicing processes as needed
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute
