Greeting visitors at reception

Taking minutes at meetings

Updating computer records using a database

Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. Public Relation, Editor, Designer

Able handle affairs independently.

Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Have a very good experiences in crisis management or problem management.
Requirements

Able to speak in Mandarin and English will be an added advantages.

Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates

Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
