1.Develop and achieve annual sales targets with monthly breakdown plans.
2.Identify new clients, maintain existing relationships, and conduct regular visits to key accounts.
3.Analyze industry trends and competitor data to formulate sales strategies.
4.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, production) to meet client requirements.
5.Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely payment collection.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
2.5+ years in B2B sales, 3+ years in team management; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
3.Fluent in English & Mandarin (Malay is a plus); proficient in CRM and Office tools.
4.Result-driven with strong resilience and negotiation skills.
