Job Description

Job descriptions:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist to schedule project and shipping deliveries
  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Logistic arrangement
  • Take charge of all operational HR function such as payroll, claims, leave administration, course arrangement for workers, arrange insurance bond for workers

Job requirements:

  • A good team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent in organizational and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in Construction Industry preferred
