QS - Quantity Surveyor

1. To handle all matters related to QS studies including contract management, tendering (pre-post contract), estimation of cost and sources, site visit, liaise with sub-con, preparing and certifying progress claims and payment.
2. Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control, preparation of claims and site evaluation.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
