Quantity Surveyor

Quantity surveyors have under their helm complete management of the cost involved in building and construction projects from the inception of the project until the delivery. They strive for an efficient use of the resources whilst keeping an eye on quality, quality standards, and client’s requirements.
- Experience as M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare monthly progress claim & issue payment certificate to M&E Sub-contractors
- Tracking issues/update RFI, NCR, Letter, Memo, EI/AI
- Attend site inspection, site walk, coordination meeting with M&E sub-contractors
- Monitor & complete progress of defects for M&E works
- Monitor progress of site, procurement, logistics, material on site, quantity & cost effective, BQ, project costing
- handle related preparation for final account, contract & VO
