Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process by issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand purchasing needs
  • Evaluate supplier options and negotiate terms to secure the best prices
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for cost savings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role
  • Skilled in issuing Purchase Orders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using procurement and office software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
