Job Description

repair and service construction machines that use in flooring.
maintain service reports for machineries and assets
maintain record of assets and locations of assets and machineries.
To diagnose and repair machinery that has issues
Provide routine inspections on equipment and machinery
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management.
To report any major repair issues, maintenance schedules, or delays to site supervisors or managers to adjust operational plans.
To ensure that all necessary hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment are in good working order.
Monitor the inventory of mechanical parts and components, order parts in a timely manner, and ensure the availbility of essential repair spare parts.
Coordinate with Purchasing Department for the purchase and timely delivery of spare parts.
Keep an accurate of log work performed
Adhere to company safety policies
Ensure all repairs are documented and performed in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
