Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
  • Manage employee leave and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform HR decision-making
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR team’s goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Diploma, certificate, or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect and interpret data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent training and development skills, with ability to engage and motivate staff
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) or Malay, with ability to communicate effectively in these languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
