Responsibilities

  • Efficiently take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage cash transactions with a smile
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and satisfied
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Upsell and promote menu items, while maintaining a thorough understanding of our offerings
  • Manage tables, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by being proactive and responsive to customer needs

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or with prior experience in the food industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with certification or diploma in a related field (e.g., hospitality, food and beverage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mathematics skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
  • Physical stamina to withstand the demands of standing for long periods, lifting, and bending
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, menu management, and inventory control
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company, embracing new opportunities and challenges
