Job Description

Main Job Functions:

  1. Manage sales orders, including handling Dtech orders and compiling relevant documentation (CN, DN, D/O).
  2. Monitor order status, update collections, and release orders for Dtech.
  3. Handle branch orders for East Coast, Northern, and Borneo regions.
  4. Apply for approvals, including SSP, BXP, HIC, PR, and other related tasks.

Sub-Functions:

  1. Monitor deliveries and follow up on unshipped orders.
  2. Print invoices and update payment statuses.
  3. Check document accuracy before submission.
  4. Process customer-related tasks such as warranty monitoring and insurance renewals.
  5. Apply for system registrations, including LHDN stamping and MyHijau applications.
  6. Manage backorders, loan goods, and manual delivery orders.
  7. Assist with ordering stationery and other administrative supplies.
  8. Reporting: Generate and compile daily sales reports for dealer and direct sales.
