Job Description
Main Job Functions:
- Manage sales orders, including handling Dtech orders and compiling relevant documentation (CN, DN, D/O).
- Monitor order status, update collections, and release orders for Dtech.
- Handle branch orders for East Coast, Northern, and Borneo regions.
- Apply for approvals, including SSP, BXP, HIC, PR, and other related tasks.
Sub-Functions:
- Monitor deliveries and follow up on unshipped orders.
- Print invoices and update payment statuses.
- Check document accuracy before submission.
- Process customer-related tasks such as warranty monitoring and insurance renewals.
- Apply for system registrations, including LHDN stamping and MyHijau applications.
- Manage backorders, loan goods, and manual delivery orders.
- Assist with ordering stationery and other administrative supplies.
- Reporting: Generate and compile daily sales reports for dealer and direct sales.
