Job Responsibilities
As an Operator Pengeluaran, you’ll take the reins of our production processes and ensure everything flows smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet quality standards
- Ensuring that production schedules are met in a timely manner
- Conducting routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborating closely with team members to uphold safety and quality protocols
- Troubleshooting any production issues that arise and implementing effective solutions
- Documenting production data and reporting any discrepancies or improvements
Job Requirements
To shine in this role, you should have:
- A diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and safety
- Excellent communication skills to work well within a team
