Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handling phone calls, chats & emails for our customers.
  • Address their needs, complaints or other issues with products promptly.
  • Liase with customer constantly for production planning and capacity.
  • Liase with inter/ outer company for delivery of goods.
  • Be in close collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, delivery order and proper filing.
  • Stock checking with store.
  • Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum education level SPM / STPM/ DIPLOMA level. Major in Business Information will be an added advantage.
  • Required languages : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • A team player and initiatives.
  • Preferable age: 18 – 35 y/o.
  • Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft & data entry (Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
