SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Sales Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding the customer base and penetrating new markets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio and promote new and existing products to clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Drive product availability and visibility in key retail and distribution channels.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
2. Market Analysis and Insights
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Gather and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and market initiatives.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and retail partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.
4. Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on sales performance, preparing regular updates for management.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
