Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests related to freight and cargo forwarding services
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on shipment status, delivery timelines, and other logistics-related matters
- Liaise with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation to support invoicing, reporting, and ongoing service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process enhancements to management
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the broader customer service function
