Job Responsibilities
As a Clerical Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, maintaining files, and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with financial tasks, such as data entry, processing invoices, and managing petty cash
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns
- Supporting the team with various projects and tasks as needed
Job Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
