Job Description

Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to support the company’s overall business objectives, including HR, finance, marketing, and other departments.
Lead and manage all operational functions, including production, supply chain management, quality control, logistics, HR, finance, marketing, and other departments.
Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals across all departments.
Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory requirements in HR, marketing, and other departments.
Build and lead high-performing teams across all departments.
Implement measures to optimize resource utilization, minimize waste, and reduce operating costs across all departments while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal departments.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics across all departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within all departments, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven experience in an operations management role within the manufacturing industry, with a track record of success in building and scaling operations across multiple departments.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance and excellence in HR, marketing, and other departments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound decisions based on data and insights across all departments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously across all departments.
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results in HR, marketing, and other departments.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as required across all departments.
