Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and committed Admin Cum Purchasing Clerk

Job Description
• To maintain proper filling systems
• To assist in general office administration and to perform general and
administrative duties
• To handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast paced
environment
• Willingness to take on new challenges and willing to learn
• To assist with other duties which may be considered relevant or urgent
as and when instructed by the higher management
• Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability,
reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers / vendors
• Liaise with suppliers / vendors on delivery and update status on daily
basis
• Request for quotation from suppliers / vendors
• Negotiate pricing and follow up closely with suppliers / vendors to ensure
timely delivery
• At least 1 year experience
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Responsible and can work independently
