Customer service

Provide advice to customer

Process application including review documents, submit application online, follow up until approval granted

Update and report application progress to management

Update customer and application into center databased

REQUIREMENTS:

Min Degree

Must process good interpersonal skill and customer service.

Must be good in details and have analytical skill

Must be able to view in holistically

Must be a team player

Must be welling to learn

Good in computer skill i.e word, excel and powerpoint

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 3500 - RM4200
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit: Transport/meal – RM100-150. Performance base KPI
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
Working Days: 5 days
Working Hours: Mon – Friday 9 - 5.30pm
