1.2 Training and Development:
a) Identify training needs within the company and develop and implement training programs to address those needs.
b) Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees.
c) Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
d) Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
1.3 Employee Relations:
a) Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
b) Manage employee disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
c) Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving employee grievances.
d) Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
e) Ensure that employee records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
1.4 Compensation and Benefits:
a) Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including employee benefits, salary administration, and performance management.
b) Provide support to the performance management process, including monitoring and tracking employee performance.
c) Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
d) Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
e) Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
1.5 Human Resource Administration:
a) Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
b) Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
c) Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, HR databases, and HR reports.
d) Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
