**To attend to all walk-in guests / visitors professionally and in a helpful manners, at the same time ensuring all inquiries or requests are attended promptly and appropriately.
**To handle all incoming calls – take proper messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals / departments.
**To assist in handling office maintenance including office facilities and equipment.
**To maintain the reception area / customer lounge area in the interest of upholding the corporate image.
**To provide general administrative, clerical support and other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
