Job Responsibilities
As an HR & Admin Executive, your day-to-day will be filled with exciting tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You will:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Manage employee records and maintain the HR database with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Help with administrative tasks, making sure everything is organized and efficiently managed
- Facilitate communication between team members and address any HR-related inquiries
- Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values
Job Requirements
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone who brings a blend of skills and passion to our team. You should have:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication abilities to foster positive relationships
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
