Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview arrangement)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding & offboarding processes
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Support HR operations and employee relations matters
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
- 1–2 years experience in HR (fresh grads with internship experience can apply)
- Basic knowledge of Employment Act & HR practices
- Good communication and organizational skills
