CariJob ("CariJob.asia", "CariJob.sg", "CariJob.id", "CariJob.ph", "CariJob.vn", "CariJob.link", "we," "us," or "our") offers digital career solutions worldwide through our online platforms, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces (collectively, "Platforms"). These Services are operated by AGENSI PEKERJAAN INNIO SDN. BHD. for the Malaysian market and by CariJob Pte Ltd for the Singapore market.

These Terms of Use govern your interaction with and utilization of our offerings, including but not limited to our websites, application programming interfaces (APIs), notifications via email, interactive elements, and widgets (collectively, our "Services"). This also extends to all information, textual content, visual elements, photographs, and other materials that you upload, download, or encounter while using our Services (collectively, "Content").

CariJob Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, is the provider and operator of these Services for the Singapore market. We are registered in Singapore with the Unique Entity Number 202416136W. Our official business address is 60 Paya Lebar Road #07-54 Paya Lebar Square Singapore (409051).

Both entities, along with their affiliates, own all copyrights related to CariJob.asia, CariJob.sg, CariJob.id, CariJob.ph, CariJob.vn, and CariJob.link.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use periodically at our discretion, without prior notification or incurring any liability to users. Your continued use of our Services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

You hereby waive and agree to waive all and any rights and claims for any consideration, fees, royalties, charges and/or other payments in relation to our use, disclosure, adoption and/or modification of any or all of your Feedback.

9. User-Generated Content

9.1 Content Ownership

You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Services. Such additional uses by CariJob or other companies, organizations or individuals who partner with CariJob may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Services.

We may modify or adapt your Content in order to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to your Content as necessary to conform and adapt that Content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services or media.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content that you submit.

10. Prohibited Uses

10.1 General Restrictions

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use our Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam" or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CariJob, a CariJob employee, another user or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm CariJob or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

10.2 System Integrity

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
• Use any robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Services or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Services.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Services.

CariJob and its affiliates make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CariJob, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

11.3 Cap on Liability

In no event shall the aggregate liability of CariJob exceed one hundred Malaysian Ringgit (MYR 100) or its equivalent in other currencies.

11.4 Exclusions

CariJob does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links, or other items contained within the Services. CariJob does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Content on the Services

12.1 Responsibility for Content

All Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. CariJob cannot guarantee the authenticity of any Content or data which users may provide about themselves.

12.2 Content Standards

You warrant that any Content you provide complies with these Terms of Use, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

12.3 Rights to Remove Content

You acknowledge and agree that CariJob shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CariJob, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

16.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Malaysia, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

No waiver by CariJob of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of CariJob to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

21. Termination

21.1 Term
