Job Description
  • To lecture in areas allocated by the Programme Leader and reviewed from time to time by the Programme Leader.
  • To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.
  • To assist in development of learning materials, exam questions, Assignments, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
  • To participate in development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to department, such as student admission, induction programmes
  • Participate in staff training and all activities carried by College
  • To motivate students from time to time
  • Posting of lecturing video, materials, assignments etc on google classroom and other platforms as required by College
  • Response to students and management communications via google chat in timely manner
  • Handling weekly meeting for Toastmaster / Updating meeting minutes for Academic weekly meeting
  • Prepare Instruction Plan and Reflective Log, Course Assessment Plan (CAP), Table of Test Specification (TTS), CQI
  • Weekly basis updating the students attendance
  • Assessment preparation (i.e. Class Test / Quiz / Assignment / Final Exam, etc)
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the superiors and management from time to time.
