Business Development Executive

Partnership & Membership

• Engage retail outlets and partners through loyalty programs, recognition badges, and awards to boost long-term relationships and brand advocacy.
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships while identifying opportunities for joint growth and mutual value creation.

Community Building

• Plan and organize quarterly and annual gatherings, networking sessions, and professional development workshops.
• Strengthen brand presence by curating and sharing success stories across newsletters, social media, and internal communication channels.
• Build and maintain a supportive community of partners and stakeholders to encourage collaboration and shared learning.

Market Expansion

• Identify and onboard new business outlets, distributors, or partners in alignment with Samurai’s growth strategy.
• Work collaboratively with the Service Development team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and operational integration.
• Conduct market analysis to explore new business opportunities and enhance competitiveness in target regions.

Training & Education Partnerships

• Maintain relationships with educational institutions — both college and non-college — to promote pre-training programs and upskilling initiatives.
• Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions that align with Samurai’s brand standards and industry needs.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partners.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about business growth and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel and engage in field activities when required.
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
