Job Description

职位描述:

  • 维护准确的财务记录并处理日常会计交易。
  • 准备并向客户开具发票,同时跟踪应收款项。
  • 准备并向供应商发出采购订单(PO),确保相关文件齐全。
  • 管理客户付款跟进,并对未结余额进行对账。
  • 处理应付账款(AP)和应收账款(AR)。
  • 执行银行对账工作。
  • 会计、财务或相关专业的大专/学士学历。

职位要求:

  • 熟悉会计准则和财务法规。
  • 熟练使用会计软件(如 SQL、Autocount)及 MS Excel。
  • 具备较强的分析能力、数字处理能力及解决问题能力。
  • 注重细节,工作精确。
  • 能够按时完成任务,并能独立工作。
