Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.
• Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to drive project success.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients.
• Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and services.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project engineering, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software, including Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
