Responsibilities

• Procure high-quality raw materials and components from suppliers to meet production requirements
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies and plans
• Analyze and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain business continuity
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and waste
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize storage and retrieval processes
• Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to supplier sites as required
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
