Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Prepare monthly financial reports to support decision-making processes
• Assist with account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of data
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes
• Respond to inquiries and provide support to clients regarding their accounts
• Support in the preparation of tax returns and compliance matters
• Ensure adherence to accounting practices and principles
• Help in the completion of various administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
