Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for various administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Support the administration team in day-to-day operations
- Handle invoices and billing processes efficiently
- Verify account balances and discrepancies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to enhance work processes
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
