Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery products
• Provide knowledgeable advice and information about jewellery and gemstones
• Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support visual merchandising and product displays to enhance customer engagement
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets

Job Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in a related field1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or retail sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude and a passion for jewellery and fashion
